How often does the data get updated?

Edmonton Global will update the data monthly.

Can I share my login with someone else?

Login details are specific to each municipality and can be shared with other team members employed by the municipality. We ask that you refrain from sharing your login details with anyone outside your organization.

I lost my password; what do I do?

Send an email to and we’ll be happy to sort you out with a new password.

The data for my municipal is inaccurate; who can I speak to?

Send an email to We want our data to be as accurate as possible and we appreciate your support in helping ensure there are no errors.

Why am I unable to access data for partner municipalities as well as my own?

Confidentiality agreements prevent Edmonton Global from sharing certain information beyond the individual EDO that is connected to a specific opportunity. This protects both the individual municipality as well as the companies that are exploring opportunities in the region. Some information can be shared with all municipalities. That data can be viewed under the “ALL” tab.
