On June 20th, Edmonton Global will welcome Manisha Arora as its new Director of Trade. She will be responsible for leading the execution of Edmonton Global’s strategic plan — managing trade programs with other countries to promote Edmonton Metropolitan Region businesses as they engage in global commerce.
Manisha has long had an interest in travelling and seeing the world. Her wanderlust steered her to study International Relations at the University of Calgary, which has since given her the opportunity to represent Alberta around the world. She has called the Edmonton region home for 14 years and counting.
Manisha is passionate about building networks and guiding people toward achieving a greater goal. Over the last decade, she has been working towards expanding Alberta’s role on the international stage and supporting Alberta companies in seeing their export potential. Manisha is excited to now focus her attention on growing the vibrant export ecosystem for the Edmonton Metropolitan Region.
