Après 30 ans passés dans les Forces armées, pendant lesquels il a vécu à l’étranger et à différents endroits du Canada, Malcolm a choisi la région métropolitaine d’Edmonton comme endroit où ses enfants et petits-enfants pourraient réaliser tout leur potentiel sans devoir s’installer ailleurs. Autrefois chef de la direction du Edmonton Metropolitan Region Board, Malcolm s’est joint à Edmonton Global peu après sa formation en 2018. Il est fier de la communauté accueillante et inclusive de la région. C’est une région où on peut grandir, profiter et prospérer.
